Yes. When you go through checkout you will see your old plan that is being replaced with the new one. We'll also give you details about when your new plan will start and billing information.
You will need to sign in first to you know that you’re eligible. This will tell you if your vehicle is compatible with this plan and able to purchase it.
You can access Emergency Services 24/7 in three ways: by pushing your vehicle’s red Emergency button*, by calling OnStar at 1.888.4ONSTAR (1.888.466.7827), or by using the red Emergency button in the OnStar Guardian® app.
The Guardian® app gives you OnStar safety services right on your smartphone, including: -Mobile Crash Response for any vehicle or motorcycle -Roadside Assistance* for any vehicle or motorcycle -Emergency Services, including 24/7 access to OnStar Emergency Advisors* The app also lets you invite up to seven loved ones to the "My Family" group*. Everyone gets the safety services within the app as well as Location Status,* which includes: -Viewing each other’s location on a live map -Real-time location updates -The ability to share your location -Cellphone battery life status
